After years of specialists, Joseph is the person who finally helped me make real progress.I had been struggling with serious back problems for years, including a slipped disc and a long history of related injuries. At different times, the pain affected my back, hip and groin and travelled down my leg. It became a big part of my life and affected not only what I could physically do, but also my confidence in my own body.Over the years, I saw countless doctors, consultants and physiotherapists across both the UK and India, including some very highly regarded specialists. I tried many different treatments and approaches, and at one point surgery was even recommended. Some things helped for a while, but I never felt I was making lasting progress or getting back to the life I wanted.I started working with Joseph around a year and a half ago, and from the beginning his approach felt different.Joseph genuinely takes the time to understand what is going on rather than treating you like another back-pain case. His attention to detail is exceptional. He watches how my body responds, adapts things when necessary and notices small details that I would never have thought were important. He also checks in and follows up, so I have always felt that we were working through this together rather than being handed a programme and left to figure it out myself.Something else I really appreciate about Joseph is his honesty. After years of trying different treatments, I didn’t need another person making big promises. He has always been realistic and straightforward with me, while still giving me the confidence to keep progressing. We focused on rebuilding my strength, movement and trust in my body step by step.For me, the results speak for themselves. I have gone from living with chronic pain and constantly thinking about what I could or couldn’t safely do, to being pain-free, training properly and, incredibly, rock climbing regularly again. There was a time when I genuinely couldn’t imagine being able to do something like that.Getting that freedom back has meant a lot to me.I’m still working with Joseph because this is no longer just about fixing my back. I want to keep getting stronger, stay active and protect my quality of life for the long term.After everything I tried over the years, I can genuinely say that the progress I’ve made with Joseph has been different. I’ve been working with Joe since April and have been genuinely astonished by the results. I’ve lost 14kg, taken more than 2 inches off my waist, reduced my body fat from 26% to 21%, become enormously stronger and I’m back running 5Ks injury-free.What makes Joe different, though, is how he achieves it. He listens and builds everything around your real life — work, family, holidays, entertaining and those weeks when life simply gets in the way. The aim is a better life, not a perfect one, and that makes the changes feel genuinely sustainable.Joe keeps things simple. My nutrition is healthy, low-maintenance and requires very little thought, while he also helped me build a small home gym and designed my training around when and where I can realistically exercise.He’s calm, knowledgeable, approachable and very good at explaining the basics. He’s supportive when you need it, direct when you need a course correction, and always available for a message, voice note or call.Whether you’re completely new to training or already a serious athlete, I couldn’t recommend Joe more highly — particularly if you’re trying to make fitness work alongside a busy career and family life.read more
