Reclaiming My Sporty Identity

Historically, I was very sporty. I loved competing and was active four days a week, engaging in martial arts, swimming, and more. Losing that part of my identity was devastating.

I remembered how much joy and fulfilment those activities brought me and felt a strong desire to reclaim that part of myself.

However, the idea of starting fitness again was terrifying. I needed help figuring out how to incorporate fitness into my busy life sustainably.
