PRIVATE COACHING, BUILT AROUND YOU

Private personal training should feel considered, not generic.

I work with a limited number of clients across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, delivering one-to-one coaching in the privacy of their own homes.

Every coaching relationship begins by understanding your goals, health, training history, lifestyle and any injuries or limitations. From there, I build an approach that reflects what you need, rather than placing you into a standard programme.

Your coaching may include private training sessions, personalised programming, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, regular progress reviews and support between appointments.

Training at home removes unnecessary travel, waiting for equipment and the distractions of a public gym. More importantly, it provides the privacy and continuity needed to focus properly on your progress.

I work best with people who value experienced guidance, honest communication and a long-term approach to their health.

You can learn more about my professional background, experience and approach on the About Joseph page.
