In today’s HIIT workout we will be running through an awesome 21-minute routine where we will use a jump rope and our own body weight to get the job done.
Here’s How The Workout Looks…
We will go from 10 reps down to 1 descending pyramid style.
The Exercises:
- 30 Seconds Skipping
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 10 Walk down
- 10 Plank To Push-Ups
- 30 Seconds Skipping
- 9 Push-Ups
- 9 Squat Jumps
- 9 Downwalks
- 9 Plank To Push-Ups
- 30 Seconds Skipping, and so on all the way down to 1.
